The sisterhood is founded on the values of academics, character development, leadership, responsibility, and personal growth. We take pride in supporting our philanthropy, sisterhood, and community relations.
“Alpha Chi Omega has challenged me to grow into our motto, Real. Strong. Women, throughout my college journey. I have personally had the opportunity take on a couple different leadership experiences, where I have learned so many life skills. My sisters push me to be the best leader, friend, and sister that I could be, and I couldn't be more thankful. Overall, the sisterhood that I have experienced is something that I will take with me far beyond my college years. There is nothing that could compare to being in a room full of supportive women, all full of love and joy.”
As listed by Alpha Chi Omega on its Iowa State SFE page.
Panhellenic sororities hold Primary Recruitment each fall, before classes start, and Secondary Recruitment through the rest of the school year. Fifteen of the sixteen chapters have a house south of campus.
